1. Use of the Website

a. You must be at least 18 years old to use our website, register an account, or hire services.

b. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your username and password.

c. You agree to provide accurate, truthful, and current information during the registration and custom order process.

d. You may not use our website for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes, including copyright infringement or distributing faulty/fraudulent blueprints.

2. Service Information and Escrow Pricing

a. Freelance draftspersons ("Draftsmen") strive to provide accurate service descriptions, portfolios, and pricing estimates. However, Nobelbuild Engineering does not guarantee the ultimate accuracy or engineering compliance of independent designs.

b. Standard pricing on a Draftsman's profile is subject to change. Custom offers made via the platform chat are valid for a limited time and subject to the specific terms discussed.

c. Anti-Circumvention Policy: All project discussions, file transfers, and transactions must take place exclusively within our platform. Sharing personal contact details (such as phone numbers, WhatsApp, or emails) to take business off-platform is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account suspension.

3. Orders and Secure Payments

a. When a Client places an order or accepts a custom proposal, they are making an offer to purchase drafting services.

b. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or hold any order or Escrow payout for reasons including policy violations, payment disputes, or suspected fraudulent activity.

c. When hiring a Draftsman, the Client agrees to authorize an upfront payment to be held securely in Nobelbuild Engineering’s Escrow account. Funds are only released to the Draftsman once the Client approves the final drawing.

d. We use trusted third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, PayHere) to handle your payment transactions securely. We do not store or have access to your full financial/card credentials.

4. Revisions and Project Delivery

a. Draftsmen will make reasonable efforts to ensure the timely delivery of digital drawings (CAD, Revit, PDF, etc.) within the agreed deadline.

b. Delivery and response times are estimates and may vary based on project complexity and communication lag.

c. Each project includes a set number of revisions defined by the Draftsman's policy. Revisions must align with the initial project brief; major scope changes may require additional fees.

5. Refunds and Disputes

a. Our dedicated Refund Policy governs the process and conditions for canceling orders and resolving payment disputes. Please refer to the Refund Policy provided on our website for more information.

6. Intellectual Property & Copyrights

a. All platform content, including text, website graphics, and the Nobelbuild Engineering logo, are protected by intellectual property rights and are our property.

b. Project Rights: Once a project is fully paid for and approved by the Client, the intellectual property rights and copyrights of the completed technical drawings/designs transfer entirely from the Draftsman to the Client.

c. Prior to final Escrow release, Clients may view watermarked previews. Using or distributing these watermarked previews without paying is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

a. In no event shall Nobelbuild Engineering, its directors, or employees be liable for any structural, architectural, material, or financial damages arising out of or in connection with your use of drawings produced by freelancers on our platform.

b. It is the sole responsibility of the Client to ensure that all delivered drawings comply with their respective local building regulations and engineering standards.

8. Amendments and Terminationy

We reserve the right to modify, update, or terminate these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be updated with a revised "Last Updated" date. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically to stay informed.
