Refund Details

Project Cancellations and Disputes

Unlike physical eCommerce products, digital drafting services cannot be physically "returned." Therefore, refunds are managed based on project progress and milestones:

Before Work Begins: If a Client cancels an order before the Draftsman has started working on the project, a full refund of the Escrow amount will be issued.

During the Project: If a dispute arises while work is in progress, the Client and Draftsman should first attempt to resolve it through revisions. If they cannot agree, either party can open a formal Dispute.

Eligibility for a Refund

Clients are eligible to request a full or partial refund of their Escrow funds under the following specific circumstances:

No Delivery: The Draftsman fails to deliver the initial drafts or final drawings within the mutually agreed deadline.

Incomplete or Incorrect Work: The delivered drawings do not meet the core requirements and specifications agreed upon in the initial project brief.

Unresponsive Draftsman: The Draftsman stops communicating or fails to respond to revision requests within the platform chat for more than 3 consecutive days.

Non-Refundable Situations

Certain situations are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable:

Approved Projects: Once the Client formally reviews the work and clicks "Approve" (or marks the project as completed), the Escrow funds are permanently released to the Draftsman. No refunds can be issued after this point.

Change of Mind: If the Draftsman has already spent time and delivered quality work according to the original instructions, a refund cannot be claimed simply due to a change of personal preference.

Off-Platform Transactions: Any projects, payments, or communications made outside the Nobelbuild Engineering platform violate our terms, lose all Escrow protection, and are completely ineligible for refunds.

Damaged, Incomplete, or Faulty Files

In the event that the delivered digital files (CAD, Revit, PDF, etc.) are corrupted, unopenable, or contain severe structural/drafting errors that deviate from your initial instructions, please contact us immediately before approving the order. We will halt the Escrow release and evaluate the files for a replacement delivery or a refund.

Processing Time

Once a refund or dispute resolution is approved by the Nobelbuild Engineering management team, the refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days. Approved refunds will be credited back directly to the original method of payment ( PayHere,bank card) used during the initial purchase. Please note that additional processing time may apply depending on your financial institution.
